Yoga is the start of the most tremendous, exciting adventure,
a momentous journey of discovery.
Since the beginning of my yoga journey, I have watched and loved how these ancient teachings apply to every aspect of modern living... jobs, relationships, bringing up our children,
to grieving for our loved ones or a relationship.
The lessons of yoga, and the tools it gives us to cope with life, are found everywhere.
Yoga is grounded in the eternal love of life itself.
Yoga is a time tested path for developing a deeper experience
of yourself and the world.
Yoga will help you build your own personal strength from the inside. You will discover that yoga is more about inner strength than outer muscles.. It is more than an exercise program [although we will focus on body work, alignment, and work on our posture and our breathing]. You will learn how to cultivate your body, move more freely and without pain, but more importantly you will learn how to nurture the life enhancing energy at the basis of all your thoughts, actions and feelings.
