Yoga makes you feel amazing

The practise of Yoga can help

relieve anxiety and depression.
It can build strength and flexibility,
plus increase your capacity for stress-proofing.
It can help to bring about
a more balanced and peaceful state of mind.
The teaching of Yoga, to me,
